- —Kiki Roulette[src]
At the age of 16, Kiki Roulette began working for the Joker as his "toymaker", designing the various gadgets and weapons he used to terrorize Gotham City, including the joy buzzer, the acid flower, and his smiley-face nerve gas bomb.
One Christmas, Joker had Kiki place grenades inside a number of "talking teddy" bears which went off when the cord attached to the pin was pulled. Two adults and three children were killed, and 12 more suffered permanent damage.
At some point, Kiki received therapy from Harleen Quinzel.[1] Kiki also helped the Joker to kill Robin with a crowbar.[2]

Aiding Marquis Jet[]
Years later, Kiki (now as Kathleen) made a deal with Marquis Jet and was later visited by Alice and Mary Hamilton, who were looking for Kiki. She said that Kiki had already left but Alice recognized her. Batwoman appeared and managed to save them but Kiki ran away and was reunited with Marquis.[1]
