Template:Actor LaMonica Garrett (born May 23, 1975) is an American actor. He portrays Mar Novu/The Monitor in the Arrowverse, starting with the Elseworlds crossover event. He is set to play both his usual character of The Monitor, as well as his evil opposite; The Anti-Monitor, in the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event.

- With his series regular credits in Arrow and The Flash, Garrett is the second actor to be credited as a series regular in two different Arrowverse series, after Keiynan Lonsdale (The Flash and DC's Legends of Tomorrow).
- He is also the first, and so far, only actor to simultaneously be credited as a regular on two series, as he serves as a regular on Arrow and The Flash at the same time.
- However, he is only credited in the main cast in episodes he appears in.
