"Lady Chronos" is a time thief from the future who came into conflict with the Flash on Earth-Prime, disguising herself as the Inspector Tao to enter S.T.A.R. Labs.
In 2123, Lady Chronos tried to break into the Flash Museum, but it's defenses were impenetrable, but she almost beat them before security boxed her in. She noticed that S.T.A.R. Labs's last major inspection before becoming the museum was dated on April 5, 2023. So she used her chrono-belt to travel back to the past and sneak in there posing as inspector Tao. She later traveled back to 2123, only this time appearing inside the weapons vault.

She then snatched her time magnet and came back there before anyone could notice she was gone. After that, she just had to walk out of there, but she couldn't. The magnet's was so powerful, it's began attracting objects throughout time, trapping Lady Chronos with the Flash, his wife Iris West-Allen and the inspectors in the process. Eventually, her identity was discovered and she turned the inspectors into statues, but the Flash helped her return to her time and they returned to normal.[1]

Powers via Time magnet: Using the time magnet with her staff, Lady Chronos possess a wide array of incredible powers. It can create a temporal zone that anyone can't escape from, and pull objects out of time too.
Transmogrification: The time magnet can attract temporal displacement particles, causing everything to transmogrify.
Powers via Chrono-belt: Lady Chronos gains a few additional powers from her belt.
Time travel: Lady Chronos' belt also granted her the ability to travel through time.

Master of deception/Manipulator: Lady Chronos is highly accomplished at deceiving people, as she was able to work closely with the Department of Energy as Inspector Tao without them knowing who she really was.
Expert hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist: Lady Chronos is an expert of hand-to-hand combat, being able to defeat one of the inspectors in a matter of seconds without even being seen.

Suit: The woman wore a suit with a simple black attire that included a hood as her alter-ego; Lady Chronos.

Lady Chronos has a device called time magnet in her staff that acts like some kind of gravitational force. The time magnet also has an identity matrix, which Lady Chronos reset to her biometrics, so anyone tries to take it from her, it explodes.
Chrono-belt: The chrono-belt allows Lady Chronos to jump through time to a single location.
Facial transmogrification device: Lady Chronos used a special holographic device to make her face appear identical to a inspector named Tao.
In the DC comics, Lady Chronos is a Chinese woman named Jia, an enemy and former love interest of the Atom Ryan Choi, who eventually hooked up with the first Chronos David Clinton.
In the comics, she was also the mother of Sylbert Rundine aka Dwarfstar.
