Colonel Lauren Haley is a United States Marine Corps officer who was appointed by President Baker to oversee the D.E.O..

Biography

This section is a stub. You can help expand this section by adding some information.

Haley joined the Project Morae with Alphonso Tran at some point.

Haley was appointed by President Baker as the supervisor of the director of D.E.O., Alex Danvers; after Alex disobeyed a direct order from the president.[1]

After Kara Danvers (under the persona of Supergirl) was wrongfully fired from the D.E.O. by Baker when she (rightfully) refused to reveal her civilian identity to the public, Haley focused on discovering what it was when Supergirl refused to back down when Haley claimed an investigation under the authority of the D.E.O..

Personality

This section is a stub. You can help expand this section by adding some information.

Lauren is tough as nails and only cares about protocol and procedure, she is (initially) loyal to Baker, the new president of the United States (regardless of the fact that he does not have the country's best interest at heart) but after Baker when against the protocol of their country by ordering the construction of a satellite with a cannon attached to it, that would destroy any alien spacecraft enters the solar system, she ponder on whether the president's strange decisions regarding Ben Lockwood and the satellite had ulterior reasons beyond the polls.

Lauren hated the D.E.O. when J'onn J'onzz (a green martian) ran the place.

Lauren is similar to Sam Lane and Ben Lockwood respectively; as she doesn't trust aliens and has an anti-view on aliens in general, as she does not see aliens as people, but as expendable assets; for example, she was involved in a cover up when she used aliens as human weapons and turn on them. Lauren also lacks any form of morality or honor, after she discovered Kara Danvers is Supergirl (prior to her memory being erased by J'onn) she tried to blackmail her so the kryptonian would not interfere in government business anymore.
