Synopsis
After the numerous sacrifices the team has made since the beginning of this ride, Rip decides that it's time they each decide their own destiny and returns them to Central City a few months after they first left. Trivia
- Despite the fact that he is no longer Carter Hall, the Legends constantly refer to Scythian Torvil as his past life.
- This is similar to how Team Flash constantly refers to Eobard Thawne as "Fake Wells".
- Rip revealed that before Sara joined the Legends, she was destined to be killed by Damien Darhk alongside Laurel and Quentin. However, when Sara was plucked out of the present, history changed.
- After killing Vandal Savage in 1958, Rory asks Ray, "Can you destroy it, Mr. RoboCop?" when destroying a meteorite. This is a reference to the fictional robotically-enhanced police officer, RoboCop.
- This episode marks Sara's last on-screen meeting with Quentin before his death in "Life Sentence", unless the time when she met his Earth-X counterpart is counted.
- Though the meteor weakened his immortality three times over, it appears that the injuries Savage suffers in other eras do not catch up to his future selves. (Mick burned the 1958 Savage to death, while Sara broke the 1975 Savage's neck.)
- This is the last episode to feature Wentworth Miller as a series regular, as he is later downgraded to recurring for the rest of the series.
- This is the last episode to credit Ciara Renée and Falk Hentschel as series regulars.
- Quentin explains to Sara that he's the only member of Team Arrow around because everyone else is working to take down Darhk. Thus, this episode likely takes place during Arrow Season 4's "Genesis" since during that episode:
- Oliver and Felicity are in Hub City meeting with Esrin Fortuna.
- Diggle is in A.R.G.U.S. protection with Lyla and Sara.
- Thea is on a "vacation" with Alex Davis.
- Despite airing before the two episodes of The Flash in which the Flashpoint timeline was created and erased, at least part of this episode takes place in the Post-Flashpoint timeline, as Rex Tyler's visit to the Legends was a result of Eobard Thawne altering the timeline after Flashpoint.
