Biography
Coming to Starling City to sell a shipment of stolen weapons, the deal was interrupted by John Diggle who was dressed as The Hood. After failing the first time, he once again tried to sell the guns, this time being interrupted by The Hood who showed up, killing him, by shooting him with an arrow.[1]
