Leonard (died 2018) was an employee at a crematorium.
Biography
After Black Lightning was seemingly killed in 2009, he saw the body come into the crematorium, confirming to Tobias Whale that the vigilante was dead.[1]
Nine years later, Leonard was approached by Tobias, who had discovered Black Lightning to still be alive. Wishing for the man to make good on owing a death, Tobias had Joey Toledo beat him to death.[1]
