Lisa Gold is a girl that a doctor transformed into a meta-human with the powers of Livewire.
Biography[]

Lisa fights with Supergirl.
One of the prison guards helped Lisa escape from the prison cell, after they released Leslie Willis together. Later, however, it turned out that they did not release her, but were abducted by order of Metadoctor, who endowed them with the same capabilities as Livewire and ordered to attack the police in order to demonstrate that his soldiers were able to defeat even Supergirl.[1]

- Meta-human physiology: As a result of the Metadoctor's experiments with electricity with Leslie, Lisa augmenting her physiology and allowing her to access her abilities.
- Electrokinesis: Lisa is able to control and siphon electricity, as well as to transform into electricity.
- Electro-whips: Much like Livewire, Lisa can make whips of electricity from her body which she used to wrap Supergirl's wrists together during their first battle.
- Electrical mimicry: Lisa can turn her whole body into electricity and travel through anything with electrical currents.
- Superhuman strength: Lisa has proven to be strong enough effectively hit Supergirl and fight Mon-El on equal grounds.
- Electrokinesis: Lisa is able to control and siphon electricity, as well as to transform into electricity.
Abilities[]
- Expert hand-to-hand combatant: Lisa is highly skilled in close quarters combat, able to hold her own against Supergirl for some time, and was even able to later fight evenly against Mon-El and James Olsen.
Weaknesses[]
- Water: Lisa's main weakness is water, and even small amount can harm her. To suffer a major power loss, Lisa has to be completely drenched in water, which will cause her to short-circuit.
- Charging: Lisa does not create her own electricity, nor is her power indefinite, so she needs a source of electricity to use it.
- Power-dampening cuffs: As long as Lisa is wearing power-dampening cuffs, her powers do not work.
