Lisa Snart (died 2015) was the sister of Len Snart and a member of the Rogues.
Biography
At some point after Johnny Quick took over Central City, Lisa Snart, along with her older brother, Len, joined the Rogues to oppose his regime.
In 2015, a few Rogues managed to capture a Quickling at Augustyn Tower. Lisa interrogated the Quickling until Johnny Quick showed up. In retaliation for the Rogues' act, the speedster vibrated the ground with his feet, causing the entire tower to collapse. Lisa, along with all her fellow Rogues, was killed in the destruction.[1]
