London is the capital city of England, and by extension, the United Kingdom.

Superman flies past London, England during his search for his son Jordan Kent.[1]
To escape the bad publicity of her father Lex Luthor's arrest, Elizabeth Luthor moved to England with her mother Erica Luthor, where her accent also changed quite soon. Elizabeth Luthor eventually went to medical school in London and graduated top of her class.[2] Elizabeth moved out from London shortly before Lex was released from prison, and settled in a small village in France.[3]
