Lord Mesa Bakery is a bakery likely located in Star City, a unique product of their's are super hero cakes.
History
For Oliver's 32nd birthday Felicity Smoak ordered a 6 year old Green Arrow cake because, she "wasn't sure that she could order a Green Arrow cake for a grown man".[1]
