The Los Halcones are a gang based in Star City. They are considered to be the second most violent gang in the city, second only to their rivals, Culebra gang.[1]

Los Halcones have a long-standing rivalry with the Culebra gang.[1]
Several Los Halcones members are currently incarcerated in Belle Reve.[2]
In 2015, Los Halcones were unloading a huge shipment of narcotics. The entire gang was going up for protection.[3]
In 2016, Los Halcones was present at the time Tobias Church decided to gather all of Star City's crime families.[4]
In 2019, another crime syndicate were trying new medications out in Los Halcones members, which wound up killing them.[5]
