MacGregor's Syndrome

McGregors Syndrome is a fatal disease which the William Tockman was suffering from.

History

William Tockman, aka the Clock King was a former bank robber. He suffered from McGregors Syndrome but instead of using the money he stole, he used it to help his sister who had cystic fibrosis. He attempted to kill Felicity Smoak and the Black Canary, but was defeated when Felicity reversed his own scheme and blew up his phone, knocking him out.

• William Tockman is suffering from a fiction disease first show in the 1997 movie Batman & Robin. Mr. Freeze was working on a cure for his wife Nora before the accident. Later in the film Alfred Pennyworth is revealed to also dying from the disease. After his defeat Mr. Freeze agrees to give the early stage of the cure to Batman.
