"Malcolm Strombard" (died December 8, 2019)[1] was the alias of a member of Black Hole and a former employee of McCulloch Technologies.
Biography[]
At some point in Malcolm's life, he became a member of Black Hole and went to McCulloch Technologies in order to steal the photon rifle for Kimiyo Hoshi. On the next day, he left the company and never returned.[2]

After the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion, Esperanza Garcia went into a coma, Malcolm visited her at the hospital and recruited her for Black Hole.[3]
In late 2019, Malcolm attended Remington Meister's auction of the EYE-3C9 satellite system, where his picture was taken by Ralph Dibny.[4]
Team Citizen began to investigate Malcolm and he was located at a rented out parking space, where he was stopped and interviewed by Iris West-Allen and Allegra Garcia. He claimed to be an employee of "Malestrom Couriers", an Uber-like service for the wealthy.[1] However, Black Hole killed him anyway to cover their tracks.[2]
