Marcus Bishop, code-named Shakedown, is a meta-human and one of the four members of the Masters of Disaster.
Biography
Marcus and his fellow Masters of Disaster did black ops for the government .Later Tobias Whale wanted Marcus to train with Joe he did not want to so Cutter Slit his throat as a punishment.

- Meta-human physiology: Through unknown means, Marcus's DNA was altered and his cells supercharged, turning him into a meta-human and thereby allowing him to access his powers.
- Vibrokinesis: Marcus has the ability to control and emit vibrations. He used this to stop Giselle Cutter's knife from hitting him and redirect it at her. He later used it to incapacitate ASA agents while Cutter executed them.
Abilities
- Peak of human physical condition: Marcus has top-level strength, dexterity, speed, stamina and, reflex for human standards, being able to hold his own and even defeat physically enhanced meta-humans.
- Expert hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist: Marcus has shown to be perfectly capable of fighting, managing to go head-to-head with Cutter.
