Biography
Sometime prior to late 2012, Marcus Redmond and his partner stole $30 million from the Halcyon pension plan. Later that same year, Marcus, along with several of his men, was attacked by the vigilante while on a rooftop helicopter pad. After the vigilante defeated his men, he pushed Marcus onto a nearby fan, with his face near the blade. The vigilante then demanded that he call his partner and tell him to give the pensioners back their money. Redmond agreed to do so, though afterwards he told the media that it was always his intent to return the money.[1]
