Margaret, nicknamed "Margot", is an extremely intelligent and deft thief who, as Magpie, is drawn to shiny things and thus has a penchant for pickpocketing the rich. She was inevitably foiled by Batwoman and incarcerated at Blackgate Penitentiary.[1]
