Mark Richard Hamill (born September 25, 1951) is an American actor. He portrayed James Jesse (Earth-90) in CBS's The Flash, voiced the Joker in Birds of Prey, and portrayed James Jesse (Earth-1) and The Trickster (Earth-3) in The CW's The Flash.

- After the 1990 Flash television series, Hamill voiced The Trickster in the "Flash and Substance" episode of Justice League Unlimited, where the animated character design blends elements of Hamill's costume (mainly the multicolored hair; Trickster is blond in the comics) from the series with the character's classic comic-book design; the animated version's facial features even suggest those of Mark Hamill. He would reprise the role in other DC projects, such as Justice League Action.
- Mark Hamill is most notable for his role as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, which was indirectly referenced in The Flash "Tricksters" episode. Outside of Star Wars, Hamill has voiced The Joker in various DC animated and video games productions, starting with Batman: The Animated Series.
- Other DC roles include providing voices for the DC Animated Universe, one prior to voicing Joker. Among his roles, he was Ferris Boyle in the "Heart of Ice" episode of Batman: The Animated Series; Solomon Grundy, Justice Lord Joker in Justice League.
- Hamill reprised his role as Joker and Trickster in Scooby Doo and Guess Who episodes "What a Night For a Dark Knight!" and "One-Minute Mysteries!" respectively.
- He is also the voice of Art Rosenbaum on the animated series Invincible.
