Mark Shaw is the former liaison A.R.G.U.S. agent of Corto Maltese.
Biography[]
Working with H.I.V.E.[]
Under orders from Damien Darhk, Mark went to Corto Maltese to draw A.R.G.U.S. agents in order to obtain secret files.[1]
Lyla Michaels asked John Diggle to follow Oliver to Corto Maltese to check-up on Mark who had gone dark. Diggle found Mark who was in the midst of a critical undercover mission with a local cartel. Diggle offered to help but, soon after, Mark betrayed him and stole an A.R.G.U.S. thumbdrive. Oliver Queen, Roy Harper and Diggle ambushed the trade between Mark and the cartel. After Diggle defeated him, Mark claimed Amanda Waller drove him to his insubordination. Shaw begged Diggle to tell Waller he killed Shaw so Shaw can go back to living a normal life. Diggle, knowing full well what Waller was capable of, knocked him out but agreed to do so.[2]
