Marv is a citizen of National City who sought an autograph from the Flash and Supergirl.
Biography
Marv is a big fan of the Flash and Supergirl. Wishing for an autograph after he saw them take down Weather Witch, he then mentioned their previous team-ups with the likes of Green Arrow, the Legends, and Batwoman, revealing to them that they all existed on the same Earth.[1]
