Max Sülzenfuß, better known by his stage name Max Lorenz, was a singer who was active in 1942. He was Adolf Hitler’s favorite singer and apparently bore a passing resemblance to Martin Stein.
Biography
Sometime prior to 1942, Max Lorenz came into contact with Adolf Hitler, becoming Hitler's favorite singer. Lorenz was famous enough in Nazi circles that he would be able to attend private Nazi events at the insistence of the Nazi generals attending.[1]
When the Legends were tracking down the Justice Society of America in 1942, they tracked their target, Baron Krieger, to a Paris nightclub. Martin Stein used his resemblance to Lorenz to masquerade as Lorenz in order to sneak into the club to investigate Krieger.[1]
