Dr. May Huang is a professor of biology at Hudson University and a former researcher at Brighton Medical Facility.
Biography
May Huang was working on genetically modifying sharks to make them more vicious and invincible, along with a team led by Dr. Gavin DeMarco. However, on December 11, 2013, the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator exploded, causing a shockwave that transformed one of their patients, Shay Lamden, who had been using their shark DNA to develop regenerative cells, transforming him in to a shark-man.[1][2] Due to this, Huang eventually went to work as a biology professor at Hudson University. Some months later, Lamden went on a revenge spree, causing Team Flash to send Caitlin Snow to watch over one of Dr. Huang's lectures.[1]
