McCulloch Technologies is a company that is affiliated with Black Hole. It was founded is run by Eva McCulloch, and formerly run by Joseph Carver.
History
At some point, Eva McCulloch founded McCulloch Technologies, producing various weaponry for unknown reasons. Her husband, Joseph Carver, became the CEO.
On the day of the particle accelerator explosion, Eva and Joseph were working in the building when a wave of dark matter hit Eva and sent her flying into a nearby mirror. She phased through it, becoming trapped in the Mirrorverse.[1]
According to Joe West, Peter Merkel hacked McCulloch Technologies months prior to April 2020.[2]
Iris West-Allen began investigating McCulloch Technologies and Joseph upon learning of Malcolm Strombard's robbery and his affiliation of Black Hole. Despite deciding to sue them for defamation with fear of the board members and stockholders looking down on him, Carver eventually dropped the lawsuit, with Iris writing an article on the company's robbery.[3]
To protect himself from threats outside and within, Joseph Carver took certain measures. He lined the mirror through which Eva was blasted with nanite technology he stole from Palmer Tech; Carver can also activate a biogenic ionization field around the building to atomize anyone trespassing.[1]
After Eva McCulloch escaped the Mirrorverse,[4] she was determined to take revenge on Joseph, so he went into hiding at McCulloch Tech with the help of Team Flash, causing Eva and her team to invade the building before Joseph could activate his security measures. She managed to kill Joseph while her team distracted Team Flash.[1]
