History

Merlyn Global Group sponsored a fundraiser for CNRI when their largest donor, Stagg Industries, pulled out.[1]

The company helped to create the Markov Device that caused the Undertaking, resulting in the death of 503 people, including Malcolm's son, Tommy Merlyn.

With Malcom's role in the Undertaking revealed to the public,[2] it is unknown if Merlyn Global Group is still operational.

Alternate reality

In the alternate reality created by the Dominators, the company still existed in Star City and Malcolm was presumably the CEO.[3]

Rewritten reality

In the rewritten reality created by the Legion of Doom using the Spear of Destiny, Malcolm was still the well-respected CEO of Merlyn Global Group.[4]
