Officer Michael Murphy is a police officer at the Central City Police Department and the partner of Tony Bellows.
Biography
At some point he joined the Central City police department and became Tony Bellows's partner.
For a time he did not believe the Flash was real. It was only when he saw the Flash saving people from Captain Cold, when he finally believed in him. His partner on the other hand believed that Murphy was the Flash as he had never seen them at the same time.
After serving many years as a police officer, he planned to retire.
Murphy, along with all the other citizens of Earth-90, was likely killed when Mar Novu destroyed their world, leaving the Flash of that Earth as its only known survivor.
