Mikhail Arkadin (died 1986) was an officer of the Soviet Army.
Biography
When the Legends infiltrated Luskavic Labs looking into Vandal Savage’s Operation Svarog, Arkadin led Soviet soldiers in capturing Martin Stein, Ray Palmer, and Mick Rory and took them to the Koshmar prison camp.[1]
At Koshmar, Arkadin tortured Palmer and Rory in order to get Stein to divulge his knowledge of Firestorm. When Jefferson Jackson cut the circuit breaker to Koshmar, a prison riot broke out. Arkadin attempted to contain the prisoners, but Leonard Snart pushed him into a cell with Boris who proceeded to beat him up. He was killed when Valentina Vostok (as Firestorm) became unstable, causing a nuclear explosion at Koshmar.[2]

- In the DC Comics Mikhail Arkadin is a Soviet superhero known as Soviet Firestorm and Pozhar (Russian for uncontrolled loose fire). His origins are alluded to in the series, as he's involved in the creation of Soviet Firestorm.
