Mitch Lestrange is a police officer.
Biography[]
In 1990, he debriefed the precinct about the sudden arrival of multiple known criminals in town who also had murdered the officer that took their photos. Mitch explained that he believed that they were planing to steal the Mask of Rasputin. Later, when the mask was put on display, Mitch was the one that activated the sensor to demonstrate how the rubies in the mask eyes are specially arranged. Later, CSI Barry Allen gave Mitch intel on the gang leader Stan Kovacs, and he thanked Barry for his work. Mitch warned everyone that they couldn't prepare for Stan since he was never caught, and he gave the PR Celia Wayne six hours to remove the mask. Later, Mitch informed Barry of a crime wave around the city that required all units. Some time later, he witnessed Celia Wayne complicity with Kovacs and tried to arrest them but got neutralized doing so.[1]
