Behind the scenes
- In DC Comics and its Hellblazer imprint, Mucous Membrane was an English punk rock band that featured John Constantine as its lead singer. They disbanded after Constantine accidentally unleashed an uncontrollable demon that attacked the band and took a young girl named Astra to Hell. This incident caused Constantine to have a nervous breakdown and be committed to a psychiatric hospital.
