An alternate reality was created when the Music Meister "whammied" Kara Danvers and Barry Allen. In this reality, individuals tended to spontaneously break into song and dance, much like in a movie musical, having been created from Kara's love of The Wizard of Oz, and Barry's love of the musical genre in general, though as he notes, seemed very much like West Side Story.
