"Shattered Lives"[2] is the tenth and midseason premiere episode of the seventh season of Arrow, and the one-hundred-forty-eighth episode overall.
Trivia
- SpoilerTV originally leaked the episode's original title "My Name is Emiko Queen" before it was quickly taken down from the site.
- Had "My Name is Emiko Queen" not been spoiled, the title would've mirrored the name of the Season 3 finale "My Name Is Oliver Queen" which in-turn references the opening monologue.
