Trivia
- SpoilerTV accidentally leaked "My Name is Emiko Queen" before it was quickly taken down from the site minutes later. This caused the episode to use "Shattered Lives" as a cover-up before going back to "My Name is Emiko Queen".
- In the DC comics, Emiko Queen exists in the Post-Flashpoint timeline as the paternal half-sister of Oliver Queen, born from an affair between their father Robert and Emiko's mother Shado.
- This is the first episode to bill Katie Cassidy as Katie Cassidy Rodgers since she got married to Matthew Rodgers on December 8, 2018.
- This is also the first mid-season premiere of Arrow not to feature Katie Cassidy.
- Jamey Sheridan has an uncredited voice cameo in this episode.
- Stan Prisca was the home of the DC comics villain Bane.
