The neural hyper-collider is a device that Jay Garrick created to project human consciousness forward in time.
History[]
A few years ago Jay Garrick built the neural hyper-collider but was never able to use it yet, so it remains stored in Joan Williams' and Jay Garrick's laboratory. Later In 2019/when Barry Allen went to Earth-3 to seek help from Jay about the antimatter blocking up the Speed Force, Jay suggested the use of this machine, though the prolonged use of the machine had some unforeseen side effects. Barry used this machine for too long and it in turn overloaded his neural synapses but thanks to his accelerated healing factor, he recovered from this in a few days, as seen by Jay's wife Joan Williams.[1]
One more copy of the machine was used on Earth-Prime in conjunction with the original,[2]
where Barry Allen used the machine/s in combination with Cecile Horton's powers, to project his consciousness into August Heart's mind and try to help the latter regain his memories.[3]
