The Neuro-Stasis Field Generator is a device created by Van Horn Industries used to resolve riots peacefully. It was later stolen and is now under the ownership of Keith.
History[]
At some point in 2019, Van Horn Industries created the Neuro-Stasis Field Generator as a peaceful anti-riot device. It was later stolen by Goldface and his goons to sell on his black market.
Barry Allen and Ralph Dibny attempted to negotiate with Goldface for the device, but failed when they botched Goldface's operation.[1]
Functions[]
- Living organism immobilization: Caitlin Snow described the Neuro-Stasis Field Generator as akin to a bio-EMP, because it can immobilize any living organism within a confined radius.[1]
