Nevada is a state located in the western United States of America. The state borders California to the west, Oregon and Idaho to the north (respectively inclined/further west and east), Utah to the east, and Arizona to the south-east. The city of Las Vegas is the largest city located here, as are the capital of Carson City and the county seat of Reno.

At some point, Nevada became a state of the United States. Sometime after this, the state was labeled on a map used by Chas Chandler, including the city of Las Vegas, the state capital of Carson City, and the county seat of Reno.[1]
Las Vegas, a city in Nevada, is well known for casinos and gambling.[2] Felicity Smoak spent a lot of time in casinos growing up due to her mother's job and became adept at card-counting.[3]
Aberrant timeline: In an alternate timeline where Red was displaced in Las Vegas; Nevada, 1962 - and Sara Lance was struck down by a unicorn in Woodstock; NY, while playing in a casino, Red (leprechaun) was approached by Charlie, who was disguised as Marilyn Monroe. Red, flustered that Marilyn knows him, was pulled to the side of the room. Charlie then turned into Amaya Jiwe and reconnected with Red. Red was then warned by Charlie to not use his leprechaun magic, as he might be on the Legends' radar, to which Red shrugged off as just him having fun. The Custodians of the Chronology - Nate Heywood, Ray Palmer and Mick Rory, then stormed the casino and were interrogated by Red, before Ray Palmer shot the leprechaun point-blank in the chest.[4]
Felicity Smoak's mother Donna Smoak was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she currently works as a cocktail waitress.[5]
After Noah Kuttler left his family, Felicity Smoak lived in Las Vegas, Nevada with her mother until she left to attend college at MIT in Cambridge; Massachusetts.[6]
In March 2018, Ava Sharpe went to call her ex-girlfriend in Las Vegas, Nevada after her breakup with Sara Lance.[7]
In October 2018, Spencer Young hypnotized the Flash into speeding/racing to Las Vegas, Nevada in an attempt to lure him away from XS.[8]
