Noelle is a vampire and contact of John Constantine.
Biography[]
Noelle used to be a human, but eventually she died, and was resurrected as a vampire. At some point, Noelle started selling Scarlet Lady, a magical enhancement potion created from her own blood. She was later hired by John Constantine to provide him with the Scarlet Lady in exchange for Aleister Crowley's portrait. She visited Constantine's house and also gave him the map to the Fountain of Imperium.[1]

- Vampire physiology: As a vampire, Noelle possesses physical and supernatural attributes.
- Immortality: Noelle is immortal, as she cannot be killed by natural means or most other supernatural means. She is also immune to age and diseases.
- Superhuman speed: Noelle can move at rapid speeds, such that she looks like a blur to humans. However, Noelle is actually moving too fast for the human eye to see.[1]
- Magic: Due to Noelle’s blood being vampiric and having magical properties, she can use an extremely powerful, yet unstable form of magic. And her blood can also be used to grant other people the same magic as well.
Weaknesses[]
- Sunlight: Like most other vampires, Noelle is vulnerable to sunlight if she is directly exposed to it.[citation needed]
- Invitation: As a vampire, Noelle must be invited into a person's private residence. Otherwise, she is unable to get in, as though the residence were protected by a force-field. However, she requires only one such invitation. Once she receives it, she can enter the residence whenever she wishes.[1]
