Noor Harjavti was a princess of Qurac, who tried to start a revolution with the help of Dante, until he killed her, believing she was part of the setup.
Biography
Noor Harjavti joined a meeting in a Quraci Embassy with Dante and Director Bell from A.R.G.U.S. to talk about financing her rebellion, until Ricardo Diaz appeared and claimed that the meeting was a setup. Dante killed Noor and Bell after apologizing to her.[1]
