Olga is an investor that invested money following H.R.'s desire to build the S.T.A.R. Labs Museum.
Biography
At some point, she was approached by H.R. Wells to invest some money and create a museum for S.T.A.R. Labs.
Later when the museum was about to be open, H.R. introduced her to Barry Allen, Cisco and Caitlin as their new co-worker.[1]
