Dr. Olsen is a doctor who formerly worked for Black Hole.
Biography[]
Working for Black Hole[]
At some point, Olsen started working for Black Hole. While doing so, he experimented on Esperanza Garcia and even removed her vocal cords when she was screaming too much.[1]
Being hunted by Ultraviolet[]
After Joseph Carver's death, Olsen kept experimenting on people, working for the highest bidder. He was later attacked by Esperanza Garcia. Olsen thought she was going to kill him until Sue Dearbon and Allegra Garcia saved him. When Esperanza later attacked him at his warehouse, he faced her, asking if she wanted to do one last experiment, promising her to give her voice back if she kills everyone who knows the true nature of his work.
Olsen confronted Allegra when she came to look for Esperanza, watching over their fight. When Allegra got a hold over her powers, she created a blast strong enough to defeat both Esperanza and Dr. Olsen, with the latter being sent to Iron Heights.[1]
