Osgood Rathaway is a wealthy businessman and the CEO of Rathaway Industries. He is also the husband of Rachel Rathaway, and the father of Hartley Rathaway.
Biography
Original Timeline
Osgood and Rachel bought an expensive painting, titled Fire & Ice, in Paris for $25 million. They returned to Central City a few days later, bringing the painting with them. Their assistant told them of their son, Hartley's, call. However, Osgood claimed to have no son[1], having disowned him after he came out as gay.[2] Captain Cold and Heat Wave intervened, stealing their painting, though leaving Osgood and Rachel unharmed.[1]
Current Timeline
When Barry altered the timeline, Osgood made amends with his son.
