"Out of Time" is the ???th episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. It aired on October 13, 2016. "Out of Time" is the first episode of the second season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and the seventeenth episode overall. It aired on October 13, 2016.
Synopsis
After the defeat of the immortal villain Vandal Savage and the exposure of the corrupt Time Masters, a new threat emerges. Dr. Nate Heywood, an unconventional and charming historian, is thrust into the action. After making a shocking discovery, Nate seeks out Oliver Queen for help in finding the scattered Legends. Once reunited, the Legends continue their new mission to protect the timeline from temporal aberrations – unusual changes to history that spawn potentially catastrophic consequences. Their first stop is 1942 to protect Albert Einstein from being kidnapped before the Nazis destroy New York City with a nuclear bomb. Meanwhile, Ray notices that Sara has a mission of her own, which leads them both to face her nemesis, Damien Darhk.[1]
Plot
Dr. Nate Heywood races to Star City City Hall and meets with Oliver Queen to inform him that the Legends may be dead (as of 1943). He and Oliver head down to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean where the sunken Waverider is. The two find and revive a Mick Rory in stasis, where Mick fights back, only to be pinned down by Oliver.
Mick begins his story in 1637, where they were protecting a king in France.
Production
Preparation ran July 7 until July 17, 2016. Shooting ran from July 18 until July 28, 2016.[2]
