- Teleportation: Outkast can teleport.
- Interdimensional travel: Outkast can travel between universes.
- Antimatter projection: Outkast induced an antimatter wave that destroyed Washington, D.C..
- Antimatter blast: Outkast could fire blasts of antimatter. He tried to kill The Flash with one, but it hit and killed Kid Flash instead.
- Antimatter explosion: Outkast could self-destruct, capable of destroying an entire universe by doing so.
