At some point, P. Isley was incarcerated in cell number 342 at Arkham Asylum.
When John Deegan opened all the cell doors in the asylum, Isley attempted to escape, but was returned to their cell by Oliver Queen as The Flash.[1]

- In the DC comics, Pamela Isley is a botanist turned eco-terrorist with the ability to control plants. She is an adversary of Batman known as "Poison Ivy".
- It appears that Pamela has a doppelganger who lived on Earth-38 and most likely replaced/or merged with her in the new multiverse on Earth-Prime after it's creation following the crisis.
