Pat Dugan[1] is a vigilante operating in Blue Valley on Earth-2 under the alias S.T.R.I.P.E.. He is the husband of Barbara Whitmore, the father of Mike Dugan, and the stepfather of Courtney Whitmore. He is also a member of the Justice Society of America and a former member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory, under the alias Stripesy.
Biography[]
After the multiverse was recreated, S.T.R.I.P.E. was a part of a group of vigilantes called the Justice Society of America, standing alongside Dr. Mid-Nite, Hourman, Wildcat, and his stepdaughter Courtney Whitmore/Stargirl.[2] He was a member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory and the partner of Star-Spangled Kid, and together, they defeated the villain The Needle.[1]

- In the comics, Patrick "Pat" Dugan is Stargirls stepfather and the vigilante known as S.T.R.I.P.E., who stands for Special Tactics Robotic Integrated Power Enhancer. He was also a former member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory known as Stripesy, and the partner of Sylvester Pemberton/Star-Spangled Kid.
- S.T.R.I.P.E.'s appearance uses archive footage from the Stargirl sixth episode "The Justice Society", which aired after "Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Five".
