Peru, officially the Republic of Peru, is a country in western South America.
History
Hank Henshaw and Jeremiah Danvers went to hunt down the alien J'onn J'onzz. When they tracked him in a remote location in Peru, Hank managed to finally trap J'onn. When Jeremiah realized J'onn was just an alien refugee like his daughter, Kara, Hank was seemingly killed by Jeremiah, who sacrificed his life to protect J'onn.[1]
