Template:Actor Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor and voice actor. He was the voice of Peter Merkel/Ragdoll in the fifth season of The Flash and portrayed Malefic J'onzz in the fourth and fifth seasons of Supergirl.

- LaMarr previously voiced John Stewart in the DC Animated Universe while reprising this role as well as voicing Aquaman in the video games Injustice 2 and Injustice: Gods Among Us. Other major DC characters voiced by him include versions of Flash, Hawkman, Lucius Fox, Killer Moth and Doc Magnus in DC Super Hero Girls; Aquaman in Young Justice; Firestorm and Brainiac in Lego DC Comics Super Heroes; Man-Bat in Batman Unlimited; Steel in Justice League Unlimited; and a version of Green Lantern in Static Shock.
