Phorians are a peaceful race of aliens that have telepathic and telekinetic powers.
History[]
Although the Phorians are a peaceful race they must have fought at least one war, after which some of them left their world to take refuge on Earth.[1]

- Marcus
- Marcus' father (deceased)
Powers and abilities[]
Powers[]
- Telekinesis: Phorians possess the ability to move objects with their minds. Typically, this power is limited to moving only singular objects mentally concentrated upon by the Phorian in question; but if they went "high" from a significant change of energy in the atmosphere, their telekinesis is amplified to the point where it controls them and not the other way around, causing Phorians to incite unprovoked telekinetic bursts that greatly damages their immediate vicinity.[1]
- Telepathy: Phorians have the ability to sense, read, and bond with the minds of other Phorians as well as other Humanoids like Humans, proven by Marcus' ability to "see" James through the walls of the DEO HQ. "Surprsisingly", he is a Human who had more empathy and understanding for Marcus' situation.[1] It is unknown if those telepathic abilities extend to other non-humanoid sentient species.
Weaknesses[]
- Portals: The portal Lena Luthor built under duress from Rhea releases energy that reacts with the Phorian powers causing them to be destabilized causing massive telekinetic destruction.[1]

Trivia[]
- Though purported to have an inclination for peace, Marcus mentions his father having served as a soldier, hinting that Phorians have a military force back in their homeworld.
Behind the scenes[]
- The Phorians are similar with Euphorians, an alien race who have developed superhuman abilities as a result of scientific experimentation, genetic mutation or sorcery. They originated in a Green Lantern comic. The Euphorians are completely humanoid (besides their lack of pupils), they also have a matriarchal society, and their longest-serving ruler was Kalista, a member of the extraterrestrial superhero team the Omega Men.
