Prescott was a former mayor of Star City in the late 1800s. He was the first of the city's mayors to face impeachment.
Biography
Sometime during or prior to 1898, Prescott became mayor of Star City. In that same year, he was removed from office by the city's council, becoming the first of the city's mayors to both face impeachment and be impeached.[1]
