Prince Charles is the prince of Wales. As of 1997, he was 1st in line to the British Throne.
History[]
In 1997, Charles was present during the ceremony in order to handover Hong Kong to China. He was planned as the target for the kidnapping of Genghis Khan. However, Khan's plan failed as Charlie shapeshifted as Charles and took his place. He was later sent to the Waverider and was being looked after by Mick Rory.[1]

- Charles, Prince of Wales (born Charles Philip Arthur George; 14 November 1948), is the heir apparent to the British throne as the eldest son of Elizabeth II. He was the representative for Great Britain and gave a speech on behalf of the Queen during the Handover of Hong Kong.
- Prince Charles is the great-great-nephew of Alexandra Feodorovna, who was played by Luisa Jojic in "Meet the Legends". Alexandra Feodorovna's eldest sister Princess Victoria of Hesse by Rhine is the mother of Alice, Princess Andrew of Greece and Denmark who is the mother to Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh who is the father to Prince Charles.
