Prince Charles is the prince of UK in 1997.
History
In 1997, Charles was present during the ceremony in order to handover Hong Kong to China. He was planned as the target for the kidnapping of Genghis Khan. However, Khan's plan failed as Charlie shapeshifted as Charles and took his place. He was later sent to the Waverider and being looked after by Mick.
