Psi is a Non-Player Character on Obsidian Platinum.
Biography[]
Psi was programmed to act like the original Psi. According to "J'onn", Psi unleashed a psychic attack on National City to make people doubt the reality. So, she was defeated by "Supergirl" and imprisoned in the D.E.O. holding cells.[1]
